Wayne has decades of legal and business experience with companies and entrepreneurs in emerging growth industries, including the early stages of the commercial internet, new media, and nanotech, and since 2013, has worked in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. As a board member in three public companies, Wayne has contributed to audit, compensation, and corporate governance committees. He co-founded the Connecticut Nanotechnology Initiative. Wayne lectures on legal and business topics, including strategic alliances, venture capital, and nanotechnology.
