Background

Randy joined Kadena in April 2022 as the Developer Experience Lead and was promoted to CXO in 2023. With over 18 years of experience in frontend architecture, user experience, and finance technology, Randy has consistently driven innovation across multiple domains. In April 2025, Randy has stepped down from the CXO role and transitioned into a strategic advisor, where his insight continues to shape key initiatives for Kadena.
